Overview
An established Travel Agency in Jaleeb, Kuwait, is urgently seeking two experienced Ticketing Staff members. We are looking for individuals of Keralite and Bangladeshi nationality to join our team. Candidates should have a strong background in ticketing and reservation systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticket bookings and reservations for domestic and international flights
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process payments and ensure accuracy in fare calculations
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to confirm bookings and resolve ticketing issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, tariffs, and travel requirements
- Assist in promoting travel packages and special offers to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing office is required
- Proficiency in ticketing and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Keralite and Bangladeshi nationality preferred
