Shift Supervisor – Job 4
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably from a synthetic resin manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize productivity by effectively supervising operations.
- Reduce wastage of raw materials through correct handling.
- Prepare effective scheduling to ensure reduction in downtime of production equipment.
- Manage production and related activities based on approved standards.
Shift Chemist Job 5
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs or higher degree in Coatings Technology, Chemistry, or Polymer Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in:
- Developing new resins for major industrial clients.
- Managing the functioning of a resin R&D unit.
- Providing customer service and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze batch samples to monitor conformity to critical batch parameters.
- Adjust properties to meet final specifications.
- Develop new technologies from the idea phase to successful commercialization.
- Develop new and current products to meet customer needs.
- Ensure high accuracy in laboratory testing.
