Facilities Management Responsibilities
Guidance and Best Practices: Provide leadership and establish best practices for facilities management programs, standards, and solutions to maintain efficient operations for employees, tenants, consumers, and center visitors.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the Property Management Department budget and external contracts, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Conduct monthly/quarterly financial performance reviews and adjust as necessary.
Maintenance Oversight: Conduct inspections of the centerโs building maintenance and lead preventive maintenance programs as proposed by the Property Management team and external service providers.
Maintenance Requests: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all maintenance requests to guarantee the safety and uninterrupted operation of all property equipment and systems.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and schedules, prioritize vendor obligations, and participate in the development and implementation of modifications to existing and new contracts.
Service Call Prioritization: Prioritize tenant service calls related to electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, ensuring prompt follow-up after service completion.
Inventory Management: Approve orders for necessary parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and inventory management.
Regulatory Reporting: Ensure that all reports submitted to governmental bodies are accurate, reliable, and submitted in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile:
- 1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.
- 2. Must have 5+ years of experience in the similar role or hospitality.
- 4. Preferred experience in real estate or related industry.
- 5. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
