Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing web applications, working with SQL Server, and leading a team. Experience in ERP systems, particularly for supermarkets, is highly preferred.
Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Team Leader)
*Salary: Up to *600 KWD
Key Responsibilities:
- – Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel.
- – Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to junior developers.
- – Design and manage databases using SQL Server.
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
- – Work on ERP systems, with a preference for experience in supermarket ERP solutions.
- – Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and manage project timelines.
- – Provide technical support and troubleshooting, including after-duty calls.
Qualifications:
- – Minimum 12 years of experience in full stack development with PHP and Laravel.
- – Proficiency in SQL Server.
- – Experience as a Team Leader, overseeing a development team.
- – Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially within the *supermarket industry (preferred).
- – Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- – Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Compensation Package:
- – Basic Salary: 300 KWD
- – On-site Allowance: 80 KWD
- – Team Leader Allowance: 30 KWD
- – Consultant Allowance: 30 KWD
- – After-Duty Call: 60 KWD
