Office Secretary / Admin Assistant Job in Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Office Secretary / Admin Assistant to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks and must have relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office filing of Arabic and English records and official documents
  2. Tracking expiries of employees’ documents and other official records
  3. Checking and responding to emails
  4. Filling pre-qualification applications and other related records
  5. Preparing quotations for clients
  6. Preferred knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control)

Requirements:

  1. Male candidates only (females will not be entertained)
  2. Age must be more than 26 years
  3. Transferable Residency 18 (local hiring only, visas will not be issued)
  4. Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  5. Experienced in the mentioned tasks (new joiners will not be entertained)
