*Job Title:* Human Resources Officer
*Location:* Kuwait
*Working Hours:* 5 Days per Week, 8 Hours per Day
*Salary Range:* KWD 500 โ 750 (Depending on Experience)
*Nationality Preference:*
– Kuwaiti, Arab Nationals
*Age Limit:*
– Maximum 35 years old
*Experience:*
– 5 โ 10 years in a relevant field
*Qualifications:*
- – Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- – Proven experience in a similar role, handling HR and administrative operations.
*Key Responsibilities:* Hiring for gym Senior Human Resources Officer
- – Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative tasks.
- – Implement HR policies and procedures.
- – Maintain and update the HR database with new hire information.
- – Prepare employment offer letters and contracts.
- – Oversee payroll, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- – Process residency documents and liaise with governmental authorities.
- – Track probation periods, mid/annual appraisals, and ensure timely contract renewals.
- – Administer the payroll process and prepare monthly reports on absences and discrepancies.
- – Conduct exit interviews, manage final settlements, and handle clearance certificates.
- – Ensure company compliance with all regulatory laws and liaise with designated representatives.
- – Prepare official letters, such as salary certificates, as needed by employees.
- – Assist in reviewing HR policies, the staff handbook, and job descriptions for required updates.
- – Perform any additional duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
*Preferred Skills:*
- – Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- – Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Excel.
- – Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- – Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
