Description: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

1. Job Position: HSE Manager

Basic Salary: KWD 1150/-

(a) Educational Qualification:

Shall be a four-year full-time degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, as listed in the above clause

(b) Work Experience:

Fifteen yearsโ€™ experience in the field of HSE in any of the core industries like refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, EPC projects or heavy chemicals.

(c) Engineers with the following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred:

– Industrial Safety Diploma

– Professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH.

– Certified Auditors for ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001.

– Certified training on QRA/HAZOP-HAZAN Studies.

2.Job Position: Safety Engineer——-GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 650/-

(a) Educational Qualifications:

Shall be a four-year full time Degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, as listed in the above clause

(b) Work Experience:

Shall have a minimum of five years safety work experience in oil industry construction or having minimum six years working in the field of Safety in Oil Fields / Oil Refineries /Petrochemical Plant. He must be able to speak, read and write English very well.

(c) Engineers with the following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred:

– Industrial Safety Diploma.

– Professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH.

– Certified Auditors for ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001

– Certified training on QRA/HAZOP-HAZAN Studies

3.Job Position: Safety Supervisor—-GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 400/-

(a) Educational Qualifications:

Shall be a three-year full time Diploma in Engineering (i.e. Diploma disciplines as listed in the above clause 1.1) or Science graduate (in Physics or Chemistry or Math) or two-year PAAT Diploma of Kuwait.

(b) Work Experience:

Shall have a minimum of three years safety work experience in oil industry construction or having minimum five years working in the field of Safety in Oil Fields / Oil Refineries / Petrochemical Plant. He must be able to speak, read and write English very well.

(c) Supervisors with the following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred: Industrial Safety Diploma.

4.Job Position: Environment Engineer—–GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 650/-

(a) Educational Qualifications:

Shall be a four-year full time Degree in Bachelor of Science in engineering, preferably a Chemical Engineer or Environmental Engineer.

(d) Work Experience:

Minimum of five years working experience in the field of environment in core industries like refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, steel plants and heavy chemicals, etc. He must be able to speak, read and write English very well.

5.Job Position: Environment supervisor

Basic Salary: KWD 450/-

(a) Educational Qualifications:

Shall be a three-year full time Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in Environmental Science or Science graduate (in Physics or Chemistry).

(b) Work Experience:

Minimum three yearsโ€™ experience in the environmental field in any of the core industries like refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, steel plants or heavy chemicals etc. He must speak, read and write English well.

6.Job Position: HSE Trainer—–GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 450/-

(a) Educational Qualifications

Shall be a four-year full time Degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, as listed in the above clause 1.1 (Table-1 above) or Shall be a three-year full-time Diploma in Engineering (i.e. Degrees as listed in the above clause 1.1) or Science graduate (in Physics or Chemistry or Math) with a Third party Certification for Training Delivery skills.

(b) Work Experience:

Shall have a minimum of five years safety work experience in oil industry construction. He shall have very good communication and interactive skills in English. One of his major responsibilities during his previous working tenure, is conducting HSE Training for employees

(c) Engineers with the following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred:

– Industrial Safety Diploma.

– Professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH/ Certified Environmental, Health and Safety Trainer

– Certified Auditors for ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001

– Certified training on QRA/HAZOP-HAZAN Studies

7.Job Position: Nurse—-GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 500/-

(a) Educational Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Nursing (Bachelor of Science – Nursing) from an approved University, recognized and attested by Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education.

(b) Work Experience:

5 yearsโ€™ experience. Experience in the Oil Industry is preferred.

General Points:

For all the aforesaid cadres, the below requirements are an added advantage

1. Valid Kuwait Driving License

2. Previous M/s KNPC approvals.

8.Job Position: Timekeepers—-GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 200-KWD 250/-

Years of experience: 3+

Qualification: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manpower and Camp management.

3. If Local Transfer, Article 18 transferable visa.

4. Ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

1. Oversee the allocation and management of manpower to ensure efficient operations at fuel stations.

2. Maintain daily and monthly timesheets for all employees.

3. Develop and manage vacation plans for employees.

4. Handle camp management responsibilities.

5.Handle transportation arrangements of manpower supply to Fuel Stations.

9.Job Position: Assistant Gr-B—–GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 150/-

Qualification: Any degree or diploma

Years of experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

1. Maintaining and monitoring Station Deployment Details with respect to client memos.

2. Data entry of daily runaway and shortage reports received from stations.

3. Weekly summary preparation of runaway and shortage reports and action taken by the legal team.

4. Data entry of vacation requests, customer complaints, warning letters recoded daily in the project.

10.Job Position: Station Foreman—-GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Basic Salary: KWD 150/-

Qualification: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Candidates must hold a qualification shall not be less than secondary school, shall not be less than 20 years old and not more than 60 years old and get through an interview with the Client. (With regard to non-Kuwaitis, East Asians must be of the nationalities of non-prohibited countries).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: GULF SPIC MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

a. To observe the laborers, follow up their activities inside the station according to the issued instructions by the company, submit reports and communicate with the monitor supervisor of the station.

b. To notify the depot of the existing quantities in the fuel tanks upon need according to the specific times and making sure of being free from water as well as (OW/MW) examination.

c. To make a daily, weekly and monthly report about the station such as (receiving โ€“ sales โ€“ reading pumps and writing this down at the records of station โ€“ using the existing computers at the station).

d. To audit the received quantities, sales, inventory, oil stock and conform them with the records of the station thus via stocktaking through work shifts and writing this down in a log book.

e. To receive in person the load of tankers coming to the station after making sure of the kind of the product and unloading it in the tanks according to the kind of product then making sure of the completion unloading process completely thus applying the procedures of receiving and unloading tankers.

f. To follow up the case of equipment, building and make the required reports of maintenance in case of disorders according to request of the Monitor observer of the station.

g. To make sure of health, safety and environment instructions and make sure of the validity of fire extinguishers.

h. To receive the tankers of fresh water and issue a voucher of it.

i. To perform any other works that may be requested by it and may have a relation with its job.

j. To know how to operate the existing electric generator at the station in case of losing electric power by the ministry, operate the generator periodically to make sure of its validity to guarantee continuation of providing services to the audience and filling the generator of diesel upon need.

k. Follow-up and delivery of the cash amounts and the sale on the account to the undertaker to collect cash from the station according to the company’s instructions.

l. To operate the devices and equipment that the company provides at the stations this is related to sale by magnetic card or any devices used at station.

m. In addition to the tasks and duties assigned to the station supervisor, it must be aware of the tasks of the corporate of a treasury whereas it shall be assigned to perform these tasks.

n. To work at self-service or full service stations.

o. To fill work permits related to maintenance or any other forms approved by the company.

p. To make sure of commitment to conditions and rules of health, safety and environment, know how to use fire extinguishers upon necessity, contribute to combating any oil spill or overflow inside the station, inform of the accidents and make the reports related to them.

q. To insert data related to requesting maintenance to (MAXIMO) system and any other system requires this.

r. To review police stations to follow up the procedures of accidents cases which fall at petrol stations and automatic washing.

s. To be responsible for application of the (HSE) system related to the health, safety and environment system which was approved by the company and (HSEQ) afflicted with the inspection entity of the company.

t. Application of the functional tasks is made according to the operative guide at the petrol station.

u. To be committed to the tasks that must be available according to the conditions of international certificates that the company obtained or those which it wants to obtain.

v. To be committed to the procedures related to change of prices for the various

Petroleum products.
