Job description
โข Receiving maintenance request from customers
โข Preparation of the daily schedule.
โข Preparing quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice for the parts
โข Follow up with the submitted offers
โข Follow up on payments progress for orders
โข Will be in direct connection with the suppliers for prices, shipping and delivery of orders
โข Will be in direct connection with all the related parties locally for the customs clearance of the goods.
