Description:
Required for Logistic company a Customer Service :
Job responsibilities:
- Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
- Assists in helping clients track their parcels and provide helpful information as required
- Through interaction with clients on the CRM, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s services
- Manages administrative duties assigned by the human resources and admin manager in an effective and timely manner
- Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the organizations’ services promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information are supplied to clients when they make enquiries
- Coordinate dispatching team/ warehouse team for any urgent delivery requests
- Responsible for the customer service report
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree.
- – A minimum of 2 years experience in the same field (logistics)
