Description:
We are looking for Shipping Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- โข Coordinate and oversee the shipping of products from the warehouse to customers or other destinations.
- โข Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods according to company policies and customer expectations.
- โข Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or lost items.
- โข Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping.
- โข Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to coordinate shipping activities and address any concerns.
- โข Keep all stakeholders informed about the status of shipments.
Requirements:
- โข Arab Nationality only
- โข Join immediately
- โข Must have experience in the logistic field.
Salary range: 300-350 KD
