Description:

A Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products that meet customer specifications and industry standards. They monitor and control the mixing process, maintain equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Required Qualifications:

• • High school diploma or equivalent.
• • Minimum 3 experience years as Labour in batch plant or as Batch Plant Operator.
• • Knowledge Ocmer batch plant , Mika Batch plant and Alcon batch plant
• • Knowledge of concrete production processes and material.
• • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Computer literate and experience with computerized batch plant control systems.
• • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

نظرة عامة:

يتولى مشغل مصنع الدُفعات مسؤولية الإشراف على تشغيل مصنع الدُفعات الخرسانية، وضمان إنتاج منتجات خرسانية عالية الجودة تلبي مواصفات العملاء ومعايير الصناعة. كما يراقبون ويتحكمون في عملية الخلط، ويحافظون على المعدات، و يضمنون عمليات آمنة وفعالة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• • دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
• • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كعامل في مصنع دفعات أو كمشغل مصنع دفعات.
• • معرفة مصنع دفعات Omer ومصنع دفعات Mika ومصنع دفعات Alcon
• • معرفة عمليات إنتاج الخرسانة والمواد.
• • الكفاءة الميكانيكية والقدرة على تشغيل الآلات الثقيلة.
• • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
• • مهارات تواصل وتواصل جيدة.
• • معرفة الكمبيوتر والخبرة في أنظمة التحكم في مصنع الدفعات المحوسبة.
• • معرفة لوائح وإجراءات السلامة.
