BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Required
Responsibilities:
โข Generate Leads & Create opportunities
โข Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
โข Develop positive relationships with clients
โข Act as the point of contact and handle customersโ individual needs
โข Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
โข Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
โข Report on the status of accounts and transactions
โข Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
โข Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
โข Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
โข Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
โข Set up meetings & follow up with potential clients
โข Preparing quotation, follow up and closing of sales
โข Participate in exhibitions and conferences to develop relationships with new clients
โข Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
โข Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
โข Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
โข Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
โข Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette
โข Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
โข Ability to quickly understand customer needs, develop effective cooperation Qualification and Skills:
- โข RELATED IT SALES EXPERIENCE FOR 4-5 YEARS
- โข Strong background in Hospitality Industry minimum 4-5 years of experience
- โข High performance, excellent results in the work
- โข Good negotiations skills
- โข Team Player and ability to work in teams
- โข Good communication skills
- โข FLUENT ENGLISH & ARABIC
- โข KUWAITI DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business related field
