Description:

Job Description

  1. Facilitating communications within an office,
  2. answering and redirecting phone calls,
  3. scheduling meetings and
  4. providing support for other employees in their office.
  5. Organizing files, preparing documents,
  6. ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
  7. Maintain office supplies.
  8. Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and
  9. arrange new meetings and appointments.
  10. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms

Candidate Requirements

  1. Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Even freshers can apply.
  2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  3. Multi-tasking and time management capability
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  5. Proficiency in MS Office
  6. Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and Team Player.
  7. Female candidates are preferred, residing in the Ahmadi area.
