Job Advertisement: Trainers (Male & Female)
- Position: Trainers (Male & Female)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Assigned Hours: 6 Days Per Week, 8 Hours Per Day (Based on Scheduled Shifts)
Salary Range:
- – Female: 350 โ 400 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- – Male: 300 โ 400 KWD (Depends on Experience)
- – Monthly Commission: 40% commission on PT contracts based on monthly sales target achievement.
- – Yearly Commission: Based on yearly sales target achievement and business plan structure.
Nationality Preference:
- – European, American, Latin American, South African, Middle Eastern (Lebanese)
Years of Experience:
- – Minimum 3 Years
Age Group:
- – Maximum 35 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:
- – Bachelorโs Degree in Sports Science or Physical Education.
- – Personal Training Certification.
- – Specialized certification in Fitness (e.g., Aerobics, Spinning, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, etc.).
- – Current First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified.
Experience in Group Classes:
- – Spinning, Zumba, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, MMA, Swimming, Squash.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Provide customized fitness programs and guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and other fitness goals.
- – Represent Goldโs Gym positively while delivering high-standard coaching.
- – Conduct group fitness classes and manage individual training sessions.
- – Achieve monthly revenue targets set by Gym Management.
- – Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills:
- – Strong ability to design and implement personalized fitness programs.
- – Excellent coaching and motivational skills.
- – Effective communication and customer service skills.
- – Ability to work with diverse clientele and provide group training.
