Marketing Relationship Manager-Marketing Department
Location : Al-Rai , Kuwait
Description:
Direct management of several online and offline marketing campaigns.
Proactively manage and issue weekly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Develop innovative strategies and ideas to enhance communication with existing and potential clients, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships.
Implement seasonal marketing requirements and ensure timely execution of all related activities.
Coordinate and follow up on company participation in industry events and expos.
Responsible for creating content, capturing high-quality photos, and managing the company’s social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
Provide insights and identify weaknesses in marketing and client engagement strategies, offering constructive solutions for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience handling landscaping maintenance clients and managing associated teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally and effectively interact with clients.
Keen eye for identifying areas of improvement in marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Well-connected within the marketing industry in Kuwait, with access to a broad network of professionals and resources.
Fluent in Kuwaiti Arabic (spoken and written).
Proficient in content creation, photography, and social media management.
