• Position: Finance Manager
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Assigned Hours: 5 Days Per Week, 8 Hours Per Day

Salary Range:

• – 1000 – 1500 KWD*(Depending on Experience)

Nationality Preference:

• – Kuwaiti, Arab Nationalities

Years of Experience:

• – Minimum 10 Years

Age Group:

• – Maximum 35 Years

Qualifications & Requirements:

• – Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• – Professional Certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CFC, IFR, CPA, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• – Manage daily cash balances and ensure accurate implementation of financial operations.
• – Oversee the organization’s financial management reporting systems and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• – Ensure adequate cash flow to support business operations effectively.
• – Forecast cash payments and anticipate cash flow challenges.
• – Prepare and present financial reports for meetings and investors.
• – Collaborate with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and monitor profit/loss performance.
• – Develop solutions to new financial challenges using financial/treasury expertise.
• – Liaise with various departments and business units on financial issues.
• – Provide financial advice impacting the company as a whole.
• – Supervise Finance Department staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• – Report fiscal profit/loss on a yearly or weekly basis.
• – Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions both within and outside the company.
• – Interact with senior management and ensure accurate audit spreadsheets are maintained.
• – Stay updated with financial regulations and legislations.
• – Foster positive business relationships with employees, suppliers, and managers to promote a cooperative working environment.
