Location : Ardiya, Kuwait
Description
- โข Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- โข Identify customersโ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- โข Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- โข Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- โข Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- โข Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- โข Previous experience in a customer support role
- โข Track record of over-achieving quota
- โข Strong phone and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English language, along with active listening
- โข Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- โข Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- โข Graduate
