Female Call Center Agent

Location : Ardiya, Kuwait

Description

  • โ€ข Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • โ€ข Identify customersโ€™ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • โ€ข Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • โ€ข Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • โ€ข Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • โ€ข Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • โ€ข Previous experience in a customer support role
  • โ€ข Track record of over-achieving quota
  • โ€ข Strong phone and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English language, along with active listening
  • โ€ข Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • โ€ข Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • โ€ข Graduate
  • * Arab Nationality
  • * Full time
  • * Flexible Time

Qualification : Graduation / Diploma
