Are you passionate about logistics and freight forwarding? Do you excel at building customer relationships and driving sales? Join our dynamic team as a Freight Forwarding Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- โข Develop and maintain client relationships, offering tailored logistics solutions.
- โข Coordinate freight forwarding operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
- โข Prepare and present proposals and quotations and negotiate contracts.
- โข Ensure seamless coordination between operations, sales, and customer service teams.
- โข Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- โข Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
- โข Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- โข Knowledge of customs clearance and transportation processes.
- โข Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- โข Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
