We are looking for candidates (from inside Kuwait only) for Planning / Cost Estimation Engineer

We are looking for candidates for the below position:

– Planning / Cost Estimation Engineer.

• 1. Project Planning and Scheduling.
• 2. Progress Reporting and Delay Analysis.
• 3. Hands on experience and Excellence in use of Primavera P6.
• 4. Ability to Handle and analyze large progress data using MS-Excel or other computerized systems.
• 5. Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• 6. Preparing detailed Project Schedules EPC Projects and finalizing key milestones, Critical paths.
• 7. Prepare progress measurement system EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning) along with weightages.
• 8. Finalizing project Histograms, Project S-Curves by Mann-hour and Quantity loaded schedule.
• 9. Updating and monitoring of project schedules and works progress status including identifying slippage/critical paths and floats / areas of concern and suggest action plan for recovery.
• 10. Reviewing and analyzing of contractor/consultants planning deliverables, e.g. schedule updates & progress reports; prepare / compile the comments.
• 11. Visit the work site periodically once the site activities commence to verify critical activities progress at site.
• 12. Participate in progress meetings with contractors / vendors and provide valuable suggestions and inputs.
• 13. Contribute for planning portions in preparation of various progress reports and presentations for the department.
• 14. Reviewing the tender documents and preparing the clarifications and sending them to the client for accurate estimation.
• 15. Preparation of MTO & BOQ from tender docs for primary discipline.
• 16. Sending, Monitoring and getting quotations from approved vendors for the materials/subcontracts/Services.
• 17. Comparing the technical and commercial quotes received from multiple vendors and considering the most accurate one for the estimation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• • Minimum 8 years of experience out of 5 years in Oil & Gas Projects with EPC Companies.
• • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & writing).
• • Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
• • Can Join Immediately.
