Are you a dedicated IT professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team and take charge of our Dynamics 365 ERP system while ensuring optimal performance and security across our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities: IT System Admin Job In Kuwait
- Manage the maintenance, upgrades, and daily operations of our ERP system.
- Serve as a backup for network/system administration tasks.
- Provide end-user support and training to maximize the benefits of our systems.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and network components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency.
- Implement and manage security measures, including access controls and firewalls.
- Oversee network servers, technology tools, and user accounts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including an internal wiki.
Requirements: IT System Admin Job In Kuwait
- Proven experience with ERP systems (Dot net framework based) and strong database skills (Microsoft SQL).
- Basic networking and systems knowledge (Microsoft Windows Server 2016) with relevant certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure web hosting.
- Ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, train staff, and implement process improvements.
- Background as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and patch management.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification required.
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred:
Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Driving allowance will be provided.
