IT OPERATIONS L1 Job In Kuwait

Will support outsourced IT functions, focusing on system reliability and data center operations, will handle technical issues, server installations, and contribute to project delivery with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

1. • Resolve issues across systems and networking to maintain system reliability.
2. • Remediate power issues and participate in data center incident management.
3. • Adhere to 24×7 shift and on-call schedules, with prompt response capabilities.
4. • Install servers within designated service level agreements (SLAs). 
5. • Perform diagnostics and maintenance of server and network devices. Required 

Qualifications:

1. • Over 1 year with a labor outsourcing company, participating in at least 1 project.
2. • 2 years of experience with server operating systems.
3. • 1 year of experience in a data center environment.
4. • Competent in troubleshooting server hardware and basic network operations.
5. • Excellent communication skills and a grasp of data center hygiene, safety, and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. • Proficiency in Linux administration.
2. • Basic understanding of network administration and support.
3. • Skilled in cabling infrastructure troubleshooting (copper and fiber).
4. • Knowledgeable about data center facilities, including power and cooling systems.

Ideal candidates will be able to efficiently enforce security best practices and contribute to the enhancement of operational processes.
