Leave Replacement Safety Supervisor (KNPC Maintenance Project) Job in Kuwait

Hello,

We are seeking a KNPC approved safety supervisor to cover a one-month leave period.

Leave Period: 25th August 2024 to 26th September 2024

Project: KNPC Maintenance Project (Outside Refinery)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement and oversee safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation as per KNPC standards.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• KNPC approved safety supervisor certification.
• Proven experience in industrial safety management, preferably within refinery maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
